We have released version 4.0-RC3 ! This is the third in a short series of Release Candidates, being released more quickly than before. We are edging closer towards claiming that the software is out of beta and a full version 4.0 (but not just yet!)
Main new features and bug fixes in this release:
- New feature: offers reasons a certain plan would require approval from certain other countries.
- New feature: by default obligates approval from all countries when fishing fleet effort policy is changed (even if it only concerns one country).
- Bug fixes client-side, particularly related to plan drawing, plan messages, and the objectives monitor.
